I had a bed delivered 4 times without the hardware to put it together. I love the bed, but what kind of simple-minded people send out a bed without the hardware to assemble it. I am so sad to see this bed go back to the store, but I just can't take anymore of this waiting for delivery of an item that can't be put together correctly. Customer Care never responded to my phone calls and I took 4 survey calls and asked to have someone call me back and it never happened. The only positive response I received was from a store manager, Carlene, who really tried her best to get this done.
