Purchased dinning room furniture last weekend with the main question expressed at time of purchase. Can this be delivered before the holiday.
Delivery was made and China cabinet was damaged and never even entered my home. Delivery man called Bob's before even leaving and I was told a replacement would be added to the Saturday deliveries. Never received my call with time window, so I called back. Got the total run around for more than an hour on the phone with no definitive answer for my delivery.
After paying an excessive delivery fee of $250.00 I can't believe that a company out of Connecticut can not hire customer service reps that know where there store locations are throughout.
Nor can I believe that furniture is not inspected by their employees before it even gets loaded on a truck. This place is a complete joke and I will never purchase anything from Bob's again.
