Delivery arrived early with no phone call so truck left. Was to be re-routed back and never showed up.

My children have no beds and one is without any bedroom furniture. Customer service was to reschedule and no one put it on the books. During dispute was informed 2 items were on back order, was not told when processed our payment!

Only response is they will issue a refund. I want the furniture we already paid $5200 for & for them to make this right.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

They are the worst!!!!!!! Everyone needs to run from this company and put them under! We had a similar situation.

I agree 100%. They are full of excuses we refunded our whole set bc I wouldn't deal with their BS anymore.
