I bought a dinning room set from Bobs Discount store on 3/1/10 with a promise of delivery on Friday 3/5/10. Store put wrong address on the delivery sheet even though I changed the address on there system. Store does not want to deliver item because they say that I should have looked on the sales paper.
I do not think that it is good customer service when they make it looks as if the customer is wrong when it is the stores fault.
I am a very mad customer and probably will not shop at Bob's again
