I purchased a coffee table and two end tables recently. The coffee table was supposed to come with four wheels; however, only three were in the box.
The delivery people (3 seemed like too many) left a mess in my living room - packing material (tiny styrofoam pieces)everywhere. I was told that there would be an exchange for the table rather than just getting another wheel. This seems a bit crazy - wouldn't it be easier to just get the missing wheel? I called to explain my dissatisfaction and they didn't seem like it mattered.
I recently called to schedule a delivery and since they made the mistake, I feel it should be done when it is convenient for me - which is a Saturday. I was told they can't do an exchange on a Saturday. Since I didn't want to get into an argument, I hung up.
I am not satisfied with that answer and will not call to get the additional wheel. This will be the first and last time I purchase anything from Bob's.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
