Delivery team did not assemble the bunk bed pro ply with broken ladder, missing bolts nuts and screws.resulting in broken bed rails and a safety hazard for the children.

On 2 occasions they ode red the wrong repair parts. Then when I wanted(demand) a new bed they order the wrong bed. I demanded full refund with delivery charges. Got the run around as they are not sure when they can pick up the broken busted old/new bed.

Buyer beware of Bob's.

Poor workman ship of product and poor honoring of warranty and poor customer service.Shop elsewhere
