I ordered a leather brown barrel chair in the middle of Nov and paid cash but we still have not received it.The Southington Ct store has given several dates when they will deliver and never show up.

we have gotten several pieces from your store but never again will I go through the hassle with you and your customer service.At some point I want my money back. It takes forever for your customer services to answer a call and acouple of your people need more experience in placing the orders.

It took us close to 2 hrs before our order was processed.Which this holds up the salesman as well.
