Bought living room furniture from bob,s. They confirmed delivery and annotated delivery confirmation on their tracking site.

Removed existing furniture and disposed of. Tracking site confirmed delivery, but there was no delivery. Called manager. Was told that the furniture never got on the truck.

Could be weeks before any delivery. Giving me the run around on refund. Had to go out and buy furniture somewhere else because I had no living room furniture.

Everybody in the corporation at the store level and corporate level has a different story and never return any calls when promised. In terms of Companies that I have dealt with, Bob's discount furniture is that of the worst.

Bought furniture 12/3/10 -delv'd 12/20 pne piece damaged - assured a replacement would be here on 12/30/10 - truck came to "pick up" damaged piece, no replacement on truck. Cust service (hah) assured me it would be here on 1/4/11, called on 1/3/11 to be assured it would happen.

They have no record of it, just my complaints. Said it would be here on 1/6, I wanted to speak to someone to assure me of this - got the Off Mgr (nice and apologetic, but she isn't the one who is responsible for this BS. She further stated that it was on back-order and couldn't be here until the 7th! I will wait but I assured them in no uncertain terms that the Atty General in NH would be getting my call if the furniture was not here as promised (yet again!) If this does not happen I am planning to make a sign and picket the front of the store (on a VERY VERY busy roadway going into the Mall) stating that Bob's is a FRAUD!!!

I would very much like to take this furniture and deliver it personally to Bob's home and stuff it where the sun "don't" shine!!

I will keep you posted. :(

I'm sick of hearing "I'm sorry"..

Stop telling me you're sorry and do something to make it right. We know that all these complaints will get us nowhere because of the prices.
