I will never step foot in a Bob's again and advise every one to stay away from this scam of a company. It's going on 2 months and still waiting on my part for my chair that I keep getting told I'll have it in 7-10 business days (should be their slogan).

The manager for the customer care dept was really rude and informed me I was SOL and I could be waiting as much as 4 months. Now im leaving reviews everywhere to warn people.

I have had the exact same experience with Bob's and couch legs that were missing when my furniture was delivered. Two months, multiple parts orders that never manifested, and many unpleasant and frustrating phone calls later I still have a couch with no legs.

Spare yourself the customer service *** intrinsic to a purchase from Bob's. Worst "customer care" I've had from any company ever, including my notorious cable provider.
