I have been lied to so many times about someone "getting back" to me to resolve the fact that a number of items we ordered were not delivered it is ridiculous- or, I love the person who calmly told me yesterday that waiting on the phone for over an hour (twice) waiting for "customer care" to pick up was just because they are very busy.......and there is nothing she can do about either that or my lost furniture. Over 2 weeks into this and I cannot even get a store manager to call me back - I was told yesterday that a store manager would call me back, but when I asked for a name, I was told they cannot disclose the names of the store mangers! Don't shop here unless you enjoy being frustrated , do not really want the stuff you order and enjoy being lied to.
