I bought recliner from the store and hardly used 2-3 times and damaged in a month and called customer service and hopeless customer service, they keep on telling same answer if you try to explain.They cannot take the recliner back.

I even Paid extra warranty on furniture which is of useless.

I strongly urge not to buy at Bobs furniture store as they sell very cheap quality furniture and wood is of very bad quality and the recliner was thrown away eventually.

Such a bad customer service, they were very rude and can't help the customer.If you want to get pissed of and RIP oFF from BOB"S go there.

waited 1 week for delivery, they show up with half my bedroom set damaged bad?what the ...

r they thinking there!plus i must wait 1 additional week for delivery!!!!never shop there again, i strongly urge anyone else to run

This is true their product is very cheap and poorly made. Bad choice for us!

Why did you throw it out?

If paid by credit card, I would have disputed the charge.

Even with no extended warranty whch you have and worth nothing, Bob's should still stand behind their furniture, especially after a month. Credit Card would have helped you.

That, or a few people with picket signs would have gotten Bob's attention.
