bob's furniture, service and customer care is HORRIBLE. I have had a torn piece of crappie furniture in my home for 6 months with no resolve.
I now want a refund to prevent from having to deal with bob's ever again. they insist on sending me more crappie furniture. a customer care supervising representative told that their was no one hire than her to make decisions. her name is Chelsea.
there have been lie after lie after lie. I should have known not to deal with bob's when I saw that they use a shriveled cartoon in their commercial.
very disappointing, incredibly dissatisfied. I believe they should be happy to be rid of me NOT bob's, they want to hold on to any iota of the little guy.
