In 2014 I furnished my entire home from Bob's.The heat on the twin loveseat just gave up and did't work.

I called and technician came out and said the pads needed to be replaced. However, in speaking to the customer service person, Shauna, they are not covered by the goof proof that I purchased on all my furniture. It only covers manufacturer's defects, and this was deemed not a defect, so I would have to pay for the pads myself.

I could have saved a good amount of money by not buying the goof proof if it had been explained it only works on defects.Not worth the money.
