Purchased a furniture item. The item was delivered and once opened I discovered it was damaged.
They would pick the item up from my home for a charge due to the inconvenience. They refuse to refund money for any reason; they will give a store credit to be used within 30 days. Even with that, I will not receive the amount that I paid for the product.
So, my options include: keep damaged furniture or pay them to pick the item up and receive a reduced credit. Something seems off about this.
None of my options involve me getting a fair value for the money I spent at their store.
I will never again do business with them and I will discourage anyone I know that is considering it. There are too many fair and honest retailers to ever condone patronizing such a terrible organization.
