We purchased a bedroom set in mid Sept. to be delivered 1st week of October, Delayed due to a back-order?
rescheduled for the end of October (Halloween Day) our 5 piece set arrived and 2 of the pieces were broken, Mirror was shattered and our 5 drawer chest side panel was severely cracked (was obvious it was damaged before transit because someone took the time to remove splinters and wipe with some stain hoping we wouldn't notice) So we called customer service and received a date of November 7th delivery of the damaged pieces, they showed up with the mirror yet NO 5 drawer Dresser?
What a joke and now they say the Dresser is back-ordered and will be delivered the day before Thanksgiving...2 Holidays interrupted, to be 3 days off from work and still don't have our furniture, offered us a gift card to Bob's for our trouble lol, they will cal me on the 25th to tell me when the next 6 hour delivery window will be. This Place Sucks!!
