For our living room design, we can get a sofa which matches with other furniture. It doesn’t necessarily follow that how the other furniture arranged; a sofa can place anywhere to feel the space.

In the beginning with one or two stores quality control can easily take place. a small company can get great reviews. prompting the company to branch out and open more stores. the problem is when that happens companies forget to strengthen their quality control dept along with expansion. thus you wind up with many of the terrible issues now being experienced by current Bob's customers. I have watched the advertisements on TV and was getting ready to become a customer but after reading the reviews/complaints I will steer clear of Bob's . late delivery is one thing. but issues like bed bugs, molded furniture supports, low quality leather etc. are issues I don't need or want to deal with. get it together Bob's, too many complaints.

Bob deliver a bedroom set and a living room set and they have a lot of beg bugs. My landlord have to bomb the house, which cause her alot of money to do. Bobs is very rude about the situation and will not take any responsibilities. I will never buy anything from Bob's Furnitures and will not recommend anyone to buy their products. The beg bugs ruin by body. I have some many spots on my hands and legs. I plan to take them to small claims count. I am sure I will get alot of witness to this. Customer service are very rude.

RIPPED OFF WITH CHEAP FURNITURE | Bobs Discount Furniture in New York, New York

I bought a bunk bed for my daughter from Bobs, in February of 2010. I purchased the goof troop warranty. Earlier this year we noticed the frame of the bottom bunk coming apart. I pushed it back together. Later I noticed both sides of the frame were seperating from the bed. I called the goof troop plan to make a claim, and they said that the damage was not covered. I called Bob's and they sent a tech out who immediately stated that the bed was a danger to my daughter, and no on can sleep in the bed. He also said the damage was not repairable. The customer service rep basically said there was nothing they can do. Keep in mind that this happened without any accidents, or incidents occurring. I am not pleased with the outcome.

Purchased what they called the firmest mattress from Bob's in South Brunswick, NJ. Within 6 months it was no longer firm.

My back aches, I am on pain meds and they will not refund my money. This is the second mattress from Bob's. They let me exchange the first one for this one. This mattress is worse.

They sell junk mattresses. DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM BOB'S! You can only return after 30 days and before 60 days. For something they say should last 20 years, 60 days is not nearly enough time to find out it's junk.

Once it goes past 60 days you are stuck with their junk product.

I am out all this money. I am buying a mattress from Macy's who will honor their products and let you return anything no questions asked.

In June of 2011 we had furniture delivered six (6) times with each delivery bringing more and more damaged furniture, until my husband said enough we want a refund. Then, we had a hard time recovering our money until I wrote to the Better Business Bureau did they respond..

Unethical and forgery business practice | Bobs Discount Furniture in New York, New York

Came in for house furniture and got approved for $2500 by Wells Fargo and was able to purchase dining room table and bedroom set. I received a bill from Wells Fargo for about $1900 after they called to say they did not receive my payment. After speaking with Wells Fargo I realized I send them the non-negotiable part of the official check and then I asked what is my total bill I was told $2500 I said why he said because I made a purchased of about $560 on Jan 2012. I said I did not. I called the store spoke with the salesperson who was unwilling to explain the billing procedure. He said it was Wells Fargo. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told he would call me back. I am still waiting for the call. I send a letter to the BBB who was unable to assist me. If I had gone into the store with my regular credit card they would not have billed me separately whether or not the shipment was done in 2 intervals. Wells Fargo does not know my shipment would be done in 2 intervals and to be told by Wells Fargo that I made a purchased in January 2012 when I made the purchased in December 2010 was erroneously. I am not disputing the $2500. I am disputing their unethical billing practice to make their sales goals. I never learnt this in business law and I am not paying for the $560 because of their inexperience sales person, unprofessional supervisory and management staff. I guess you get what you purchase. My bedroom set, if I pull one draw out and close it when I return another draw is out. My bed is slightly damage. I had difficulty speaking with the delivery people who put up my bed because it was not send the way I ask for it and I just let it stay. What a big disappointment. Then the management team from Boston replied threatening me if I do not pay the difference I will be send to collection agency. Aren't businesses lucky they have the collection agency to back them by damaging their client's credit while the clients do not have a system to protect them against unscrupulous businesses who are unethical and a forger? BUYERS BEWARE, BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not recommend anyone to Bob's Discount Furniture.

Cannot deliver what they sell | Bobs Discount Furniture in New York, New York

ordered a bed from the famous Bob's..first thing the rails for the bed were on back order and had to wait 4 weeks for my bed............day of delivery i am informed the rails arent on the truck, but they will arrange a hot pick-up to deliver them the next day..............driver arrives, the rails were damaged so he had removed them from the truck. Now it turns out that they can't deliver the rails tomorrow because they have to order them will be another 4 weeks. am i to believe that they have this bed on the showroom floor, selling to other people with the same the rails wont be in stock til... and they only order them one st at a time..............this is NO WAY to run a business
