They were wrong in their info. When I spoke to them, they said they came out in 2014.

They did, but they also came out to service this item for the same reason (cheap quality with the legs coming off) in 2015. So that should tell you something!!

We had to have them come out and fix their cheap table and chairs once.Not our fault the table and chair legs are cheap and can't tolerate much. What are you paying $700 for? It happened again, and they won't do anything unless it's an accident, not wear and tear?! Um,...

Bob's furniture not worth it | Bobs Discount Furniture in New York, New York

I bought the marble top table from bob's over a year ago when I first got it the was a big gash on the table top I called and after months of me rejecting awful replacements I finally got one the day I went into labor so I had no time to inspect it upon returing home I inspected it I found it is dull and has some scratches upon calling bobs they tOld me to call guardian and vice versa that went on for a while until my chairs broke and I tried to place a claim which I kept getting switched from bob to guardian need less to say they will not cover anything I am pissed and I am think about calling 7 on your side and may be a class action suit they customer service sucks they sell *** and garbage and I am so dissatisfied.

In May 2012, I bought a bob-o-pedic mattress/box spring. Upon delivery, the mattress was 1 1/4 inches wider than the foundation.

I called Bob's and a techinian was sent to my home to review the matter. The technician verified that the mattress was wider than the foundation. The technician had me speak to a Bobs customer service representative. The CSR spoke to a supervisor and I was first told that mattresses are sometimes wider than box springs and there was no basis for an exchange.

When I protested, I was told Bobs would swap the mattress/box spring for replacments but they would charge me a delivery fee. I own 2 tempurpedic mattresses and my family has been VERY satisfied.

I took a chance by buying a Bob-o-pedic mattress and made a mistake in doing so. I will never again do business with Bobs discount furniture.

I got my dining room set a 8 days ago. Within 2 days a chair broke while I was sitting in it causing me to fall to the ground and hurt my knee. I filed a claim for that without a problem, though the chair should of never broke in the first place. If that wasn't enough...

Same thing here, I ordered online, everything is in stock and then go to schedule delivery with store rep and they state that one piece is on back order for a month as of now. Bob's longtime customer care rep "Alicia" says that BOB'S does not compensate for backorders!!

Well needless to say I guess the customer caring value is non existent.

Why would a customer/consumer purchase from a store who does not have all pieces in stock, when they place their order? First time shopper at Bob's and just from this debacle I don't foresee using them EVER again!

I purchased a dining room table less than a year ago from Bob's. Last month while moving the table for the holidays, the frame broke and a leg snapped off. I waited 3 weeks for a technician to come and tell me that there is nothing the store can do and I should call the warranty service(which I paid $200 for). They told me it was my fault and not covered because it was not a manufacturer's defect. How could a frame snapping while moving a table not be a manufacturer's defect??? Bob, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Bob's Harlem Store Sucks | Bobs Discount Furniture in New York, New York

Never in my life have I ever had such a hard time to get products that I paid for delivered to my home. As of today Bob's has attempted 4 times to delivery my dining room table and something always comes up. When you call customer service no one knows anything and cant help you. The warehouse that delivers the furniture cant call you early in the morning to let you know that they will not be deliverying to your home because of some problems with the table, while you take the day off and wait all day at home and then get called at 1pm. When they finally do make an actually delivery (today) they bring me the wrong table. I just want to eat on a table and not on cardboard boxes, waiting for this table. Just think what would have happened if I had ordered the living room set that my husband and I were thinking of getting, Never again.

I also shopped at that store...it has been the worst experience of my life...it has been 3 weeks since I ordered my sofa and I was just told it isnt going to be delivered until DECEMBER! I have called the store about 100 times and no one will help me and it is literally impossible to get a manager on the phone...I definitely will not be shopping at bobs EVER AGAIN!!!!
