My eighty five year old mother purchases a power lift chair from BOB'S.She purchases the goof proof protection.

The lift motor fails. She calls and calls, I call and call and e-mail and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Such poor customer service. BOB you are a fraud, your commercials are very convincing, but when the customer needs service you are not there.

Why don't you try calling your own 800 and see what happens to you.

I or my family or anyone I tell this story to will never do any business with your company again.BOB YOU ARE A FRAUD !!!!!
