This is not necessarily a question but a serious concern about the quality and cutomer service. The dinning room set my wife ordered before the holidays was a debacle!! First it took three attempts to receive an undamaged table.  Secondly, after we finished entertaining during the holidays, the table was damaged with a guests watch or bracelet.  We had Guardsman come and try to repair. His efforts although noteworthy, was to no avail. The hassle with customer services to try and have this now discontinued furniture replaced due to the poor quality was reprehensible. The only negotiation offered through your customer services department was to either have your technician come over and review what has already been historically established to be faulty, poor quality furniture and have him determine if it should be replaced; or to have me, the customer pay a 10% restocking fee and the difference of the newly selected furniture.  Without much of a choice in this matter and the finally put an end to this ngihtmare, we opted to the later choice.

In closing, both the quality of your products and the sincere lack of concern for your customers has led me to question as to the true success of Bobs discount furniture.  It is a true surprise to me how successful you've become with such sub-par services and product base.  The "NO PHONY GIMMICKS, JUST PURE VALUE" slogan leaves a lot to be desired.  Its all Gimmick Bob, absolutely no Value!!! thank you very much for losing a first and last time purchase at BOBS DISCOUNT FURNITURE!!!

Purchased a full bedroom set that wasn't supose to be until march. After a quick call they were able to move up the delivery to this past Saturday. Couple of issues. The delivery/setup guys were great and very careful not to damage anything.

However, box spring comes in two pieces, half was damaaged an unuseable so full set up could not be completed by Bob's. Had to go to warehouse my self to pick a new half of box spring and finish setup myself. After setting up, we noticed the Matress sits WAY too high, higher than the foot board. You literally fall out of bed when trying to get up. And the ODOR from the BOB-O_pedic is almost unbareable!! Very strong chemical odor. Does anyone know how long this smell usually last or if it goes away at all?

In a Nut shell, you get what you pay for. Thier customer service reps are awful at appeasing customers with valid issues. Almost as if they are not given the tools they need to fix/compensate for errors. Once ascalted to management, things are going a bit smoother but still trying to fix the bed too high and odor problem.
