My daughter in law bought a lift chair for me and had it delivered to my home. 6 months later the lift button on the remote broke the beginning of January.

2 weeks later a technician came to my home just to tell me I needed a new remote. It's now March 20 and still no remote. Every date they give for delivery my daughter in law would call and Bob's would have one excuse after another for the delay. Usually still out of stock.

She even tried on the last due date of March 18 to deliver a new chair. That was a no go. New chair not available. This is really annoying and very unacceptable.

I have a lift chair for a reason. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

I can see in reviews that Bob's has a very bad reputation when it comes to custom service. Thank you for your time.

I work at BOBS DISCOUNT FURNITURE and want to know if I have health, dental, and vision insurance for 2023.

I just moved in to a rental apartment and the management is asking for vendor insurance before any item is delivered to my unit

What is this awful smell coming from my my bed set, couches and entertainment set. Called corporate they said never heard such a thing.

Called bobs they said call corporate. It’s awful.

We have the windows open air prufiers going ect. My son has severe asthma and I’m so beside myself.
