New Reviewercontacted bob's to advise of the problem with my leather reclining chair, they sent a technician to view the peeling who called susan of customer service, who advised me that the peeling was caused by me. when speaking to the customer service to report this issue they advised that they were having problems with the peeling of the leather on these recliner.susan advised that this was not manufacture's defect when it defintely was.i will not do any other business with bob's and will adv all my friends & relatives to do the same, (very poor customer service on bob's part)
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

This is probably the same recliner I have. Same problem 'though the ad says "genuine leather everywhere the body touches".
The back top where your head touches is definitely NOT leather.
I gently wiped that area with a damp cloth and it took off the LEATHER so now there is a noticeable area with NO LEATHER!!!
