They tried to get over on me and not find me the best deal; they were about finding what they could get from me versus helping me find the best deal. They were only looking to get over on me.
If I could post the tickets for you all to see, it would be in plain sight, but I was told that I couldn't be given anything and the numbers always change till the end. Smh, don't let them play with you! Janel, the associate, and the finance guy were trying hard to get me.
The man that will take your money will try to get over on you; also, he is white with glasses He also told me he doesnt kno when I will get my money back after I asked for a refund, he will be the one taking your money. Be careful, as I experienced first hand with these two!

After the repair company came out and determined what the repair issue was, the warranty company informs me that the issue is not covered under the warranty. It took the repair guy 5 minutes to know the part needed because he had a test item with him but that they don't carry that part to provide customers.
Since he had this part, that tells me this is a VERY COMMON ISSUE and this warranty coverage is garbage. I haven't heard back from the warranty place with the part/price information.

I was supposed to have furniture delivered on 9/27. I received an email stating there was a network issue and the order was cancelled.
I was also informed that I would be updated with a new delivery date. I received two emails, but neither provided an update. They merely contained general information and an apology. Today, I tried contacting customer service on Monday morning, but they said they are closed.
Their business hours are listed as Monday to Saturday.
Was I robbed? This is horrible.

Again, the bed we ordered for our son arrived damaged for a second time. This is the 4th time we've tried to finally get our son's bed and either the delivery was cancelled, there was a network crash, it arrived damaged twice and now they are supposed to send a crew out to repair the bed Saturday...
So it's still not completely done being delivered.
This is ridiculous... A $3000 order to have to wait a month while our son sleeps on the floor the whole time and nobody can actually resolve this for me.

They denied the claim. Won’t fix it
They said it is not accidental, but I definitely couldn't have split the bed frame, so how is this not accidental? I paid extra for the five-year Goof Proof protection that covers accidental damages to both the bed and mattress, and this is how they treat their customers.
I'm beyond disappointed and will never purchase from Bob's Discount Furniture if this is how they are going to be. I even have a credit card with them, but I won't be using it due to this!

Verified Reviewer |I returned two pillows, but Bob's Discount Furniture didn't update my Wells Fargo account. They claimed no record of the return. I found my receipt proving otherwise
I returned the two pillows. However, the store did not update my Wells Fargo account.
It has been more than four months, and I am mentally distressed because of Bob's Discount Furniture. I called their customer service four times and spoke with a supervisor twice. Following the supervisor's directions, I filed a dispute with Wells Fargo. After two weeks, Wells Fargo informed me that Bob's Discount Furniture disputed my claim.
Today, July 9, 2024, I recorded my conversation with Bob's Discount Furniture during my first call, which lasted one hour and twenty minutes.
They claimed their computer does not have any record that I returned the two pillows, and the last agent told me I did not return them. Oh my God! I am 100% sure they are lying. I spent another two hours searching for my receipts and finally found my return receipt todayit was in the car under the passenger seat.
Now I can prove they were trying to steal my $275.19.
I repeatedly asked the agent to speak with a supervisor, and the agent told me that a supervisor would call me within the next 24 to 48 hours. I am waiting for the supervisor's call. After a few hours, the same agent called me back and changed her tone, saying she was not accusing me of lying.
I am wondering how their system can lie. Over the last four months, I have called them multiple times to resolve this issue.
I spoke with the same supervisor twice about one and a half months ago, and he admitted that he could see in his computer that I returned the pillows.
I believe Bob's Discount Furniture has records of all my calls and conversations over the last four months. I am mentally upset and believe they are discriminating against me because of my English accent.
Preferred solution: Full refund , Apology and repair my credit history.

We are now into late May with no resolution. This has been nearly a year and 6 chairs later.
Still no Bob--O-Pedic. Nothing has happened since posting my dissatisfaction with their lies, poor customer service, and selling / distributing of illegal products that the company doesn't even manufacture and have no right to sell and then claim no ownership over once delivered. You warranty doesn't exist.
It's all a giant scam. Bob's Discount Furniture is running a complete scam.
At first they were great about it.
We received a replacement quickly.
BUT DON'T BE FOOLED.
This was no Bob-o-Pedic, it was instead a Catnapper. The main problem with this is that Bob's doesn't manufacture a Catnapper.
The other issues are it is cheaply manufactured and smaller than the Bob-o-Pedic recliner. It is shorter and more narrow.
They apologized and scheduled a new delivery.
When it arrived, it was the same exact chair, in the same broken box. CATNAPPER!
This happened 6 more times.
I was promised by their Headquarters multiple times that the chair would be located my multiple managers, inspected, etc... Clearly that was not done. Not one single time.
Now they have refused to respond to me at all. I am stuck with a broken Catnapper.
Bob's will not repair or replace Catnappers even though a warranty was paid for because it is not their product.
It is a complete scam.
Once they stopped contacting us, we did some research. They are still actively selling the Bob-o-Pedic recliner on their website as well as in store.
Seeing that we immediately took to the reviews, and there it was. From February of last year, someone had the same problem. We purchased our chair in June.
This means they were well aware of the issue.
How can they continue to sell a chair they don't manufacture and can't find a single one of.
The worst part is, the employee we worked with closest knew of my upcoming back procedures and lied to me repeatedly about receiving the correct chair. I have gone through excruciating pain being stuck in a broken, and incorrect recliner.
My wife has lost several days of work because of this. Countless hours on the phone. Hours of emails back and forth, etc...
and we have absolutely nothing to show for it but a broken Catnapper and a dry inbox and they are no longer reaching out via phone. We're no longer worth their time apparently.
Preferred solution: Delivery of Bob-o-Pedic chair, guarantee it is under warranty, compensation for lost time and horrible service

Me and my partner bought this sofa sleeper and about almost $9,000 in Furniture starting out in our new home here in Maine as you can see the cushions only after 2 months are already wrinkling deforming and Mark has flipped the cushions several times and they are crap very cheap *** Furniture not even comfortable in fact The Rocker swivel recliner we bought doesn't even fit my back there's no lumbar support at all very uncomfortable I tried to call them at the store after having it only maybe 3 weeks Sat on it only two times and they said they wouldn't even take it back they are monsters there on top of that they were trying to charge us for two fireplace Entertainment Centers that were not even supposed to be on there our bill never were delivered THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELED we told them we didn't want to wait 6 weeks we went to Big Lots and got our Own entertainment center fireplace on the spot Bobs they tried to charge us for two of those they also tried to charge this for the chase Lounge that went with the sofa which we didn't want because we chose to get the Ottoman storage footstool Furniture instead but they charges for that kit when we didn't even want the chase Lounge part of this sofa sleeper we actually upgraded and but they tried to charge us for something we never got then they tried to charge us for another power recliner that we never got a SEPERATE 2ND BILL of $738 I guess for a chair that we never got and it was supposed to been canceled then they tried to charge us for a pair of lamps that we never agreed to exchange for all was wrong with it was a switch was missing and I wasn't going to drive 2 hour drive to the store spend $80 in gas for a little switch that Twist on the lamps I asked them nicely just to send me a switch and I would be happy they threw a fit over that they were rude and nasty nobody could ever straighten the bill out there they acted stupid and all we wanted to do is pay our full balance off cuz it made my credit go down when they ran my credit for that stupid Wells Fargo credit line which I didn't even know they were going to do by the way there's such *** ups they also sent the first bill to my old address in Oregon when they delivered the furniture the two drivers couldn't even speak English were weird foreigners and Reckless and scratched our doors and they strip the screws as they were assembling the furniture in the house and they didn't clean up their mess to our New house we just bought in the state of Maine and I told him that's where our new house was NEW BILLING ADDRESS what the *** salesman sent it to are old Oregon address instead and got the bill lost and the payment late can they get any more stupider than that?
me and my partner had a horrible experience at Bob's Discount Furniture in Scarborough Maine they kept changing our bill charging us for stuff we never even ordered and customer service was absolutely horrible including the general manager Jese at the store was a complete *** .
Our family just went through a tragedy of a shooting grieving horribly she knew this Paul the manager at the Bangor store informed her what are situation was and she was rude and nasty to us anyway as soon as we stepped in the door she passed us off when we were specifically referred to her by another store manager Paul of Bangor Maine she was a complete *** very unprofessional uncaring unsympathetic that our family member was just murdered in the Lewiston Maine shootings we needed help to get into our house we already started the process CLOSING on house by Nov 16 before that even happened and she was just a nasty little ***
Since they couldn't get it the bill right over the phone we actually drove 2 hours just yesterday New Year's Eve to see her in person to try to get the bill straightened out she tried to avoid me when she seen me walk in the door she was talking about me to another sales rep when I approached her and she was rude right off the bat even though I was kind Pleasant professional to her she was a complete *** when I asked for a corrected bill she says oh we're too busy we can't help you with that well reluctantly she sat down with me and she was snotty to me the whole conversation then Mark walked in and she started going off on me and him and he put her in her place and then she told him he had to leave then she did it to me too and I called her out front of the entire store to everybody shopping there what a rude little *** she is how rotten the staff is they overcharging everybody and I said the furniture is crap too I screamed that you should go shop somewhere else as I was walking out the door I seen two customers just outside the front door and they said they had a horrible experience with the staff there too and how rude they were but I gave that little *** manager a piece of my mind before I left the store what a little *** you can't run a company like that you can't run a business like that and you have to sell a good product especially if you have that much inventory and that much staff your reputation is on the line and they blew it and I would never ever ever ever buy another product from Bob's Furniture again in fact it's garbage I would have been happy to get used quality American made furniture from a thrift store or an antique shop then deal with their crap and by the way a lot of their Furniture is just uncomfortable and ugly and cheep products OVERPRICED JUNKHORRIBLE STAFF,CRAP PRODUCT,OVERPRICED JUNK

Several delays to deliver my piece and assemble it. A part was damaged and delivery was set without my input on a convenient time now were going on 4 weeks and I just received a message stating technical difficulties is the cause of another delay

I picked out furniture at bobs furniture in canton ohio that was 1900 dollars I was sent to acima for financial help .they tried to charge me $476 a month for 12 months ..I couldn't believe it over $5000 for a couch and love seat smh.the sales man wouldn't leave me alone he followed me everywhere made me uncomfortable and was very pushy..I even told him I would let him know if I needed him he still was right up my tail.do not try to finance here !!! I went to rent a center got the same set for $141.00 per month $2300 total ...

Refund of purchase
I purchased a mattress that they said had no metal in it. Within a very short period of time proved to have metal coils.
I had 18 hours of back surgery in 2018 and now have to have another. I called customer service and told them I was getting a hospital bed and needed my refund. Not until they picked up theirs and gave refund 3-5 business days. Wait for refund.
Nothing to sleep on. Did not care .

I went in to look for furniture and seen this beautiful set, this lady name Toni, asked me if I needed any help and I told her yes, this set caught my eyes and if she had it in King size and she told me yes and I told her I wanted it but Id like it delivered to New Jersey for April 19th and she lied told me how I would get my delivery for Friday which is my move in date April 19th and she lied and online said delivery for the 26th of April, I tried calling back and she lied again and she said I cant cancel cause I left the store.
