Bob's flaky and peeling "leather" sofas

Problems getting refund

Bob's Discount Furniture store in Mancheste, MO customer service, delivery service are unprofessional and rude. On Sept 3, 2022, delivery was made. My base for the hyprid bed was not on the truck. The drivers left the remaining furniture on the sidewalk. The order was cancelled. I called the store and asked for a full refund. As of Sept 14, 2022. I still have not received my refund.

Policy

Bob's Furniture should under investigation by all agencies for their collection. They refused to release any information including the balance of your account without making a payment! They took money on an account and never credited same. Now they are charging interest on said payment and keep demanding another payment before giving customer their balance. Why is this allowed?

The worst company ever

The worst company ever I have an order since April and we are in July some of my items have not been delivered or they Delivered broken some of the parts were missing. Theyre not even aware who they are working with us the shipping company they make me wait for hours and end up not showing all the Bob stores furniture need to be closed and I will make sure that I can compensate on closing the store because theyre pathetic liars

Not Happy at all with this experience

Bedroom set poor quality high priced

My husband and I purchased bedroom set Bobs on Route22 in Union.. The bed frame fell apart in several parts and the screws in the frame in to small and made of press wood and have bed bugs All new set less than few months.. Dont buy anything from them ..

Bob's furniture

Bought a mattress there less than a year ago after back surgery. Called a month later that I kept waking up with more pain. Was told to give the mattress a chance. After 3 months it was out of warranty. Called customer service and was give a lot of talk. They gave me a discounted amount to use on a new mattress with no delivery charge. We'll it is costing me over $1000.00 plus delivery. What a rip off.

Protection claim rejected

Bobs Discount Furniture - Protection claim rejected
Purchased a recliner sofa back in July 2020 with 5 years protection plan. Both recliner start to fall apart from the middle and the legs. Made a claim online with photos of the damage after waiting 6 days without response, had to contact guardian to see what's going on then I received a denial email says not eligible for coverage? If i knew how protection work from the beginning I wouldn't even bother wasting my money but i guess they don't go through details they just want to make a sell happen. Wasted my money on cheap furniture and scam protection company.

Wrong delivery

I ordered a table with 4 chairs and a bench. They delivered the table with 6 chairs no bench. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and would like to cancel the entire order. Extremely unprofessional and after waiting so long to deliver the wrong order is unacceptable. I want to return the entire set and deal with a better company. This company sells inferior products to consumer at what they claim is less expensive. I would rather have the right order and pay more. Will never do business with them again.

Ripped off customer

My sectional is less than one year old and protected with goof proof insurance. The frame has bent ; claim denied. The recliner spring snapped off when going to recline ; claim denied. This is poor business and they are scamming people to buy poor quality furniture with a false promise of insurance that doesnt cover anything but puts you out $300 extra. I will never shop here again.

They wont fix broken remote to power bed under warranty

I also have a Bob's power plus adjustable base that cost 2200 yet doesn't work after 2 years. Went to store to tell them to fix remote before 3 years old and they said it had a 5 yr warranty to call customer service #. Was Hours on hold so put online service request nothing done. After a long time later put another request in. Said not covered under xtra protection policy. Went in store to let them have it. They said had 3 yr warranty. They Want $100 for a new remote. I won't be buying anything from Bob's ever again. They dont stand behind their furniture. This is how they work, they give you the runaround.

Bad Service

Bob's Furniture is the worst; I will never order anything from them ever again. They refused to remove an item That I did not want upon delivery. When calling this store, you have to press 25 numbers before speaking to anyone. Sorry very disappointed they still operate like it's 1980. Stay Away.
