The same happened with me. I have been a regular customer of Bobs furniture.

We have a 2 year old and accidentally my coffee got spilled when my little one jumped on me. Since the leather came out,I called them for repair but they refused and were rude. They trick customers and nothing else. Never ever gonna buy from them.

Nope & I'm sorry to say I was looking to YOU for answers. We bought TWO memory foam mattresses from Bob's & are sick & tired of sleeping on the mattress covers because THERE ISN'T A SHEET THAT EXISTS WHICH STAYS ON THESE MATTRESSES!!

We feel so *** for buying them.

They're uncomfortable & cannot be returned because, since the sheets don't stay on, the mattress gets damaged. We're out $1500.

We're both disabled & cannot sleep on the beds (My husband & I take turns sleeping on the sofa.). -Most importantly, Bob's got away with this & continue to do so every day!

First of all, the my bob gel sales for $1299, and that's probable what you tried on the showroom floor! The low end mattress sales for $550 and that's probably what you have.

I purchased a $200 carpet. They said it will be in the store in a week or so. I said ok. Then they said I could have the one on the wall. But when I got it home one end of it was damaged. I tried to reach the sales person but was unavailable. Then I called customer service and they said send pictures of it. They looked at it and said "We are very sorry to hear of the concerns with your furniture. Unfortunately, the concern you are reporting is not consistent with a factory defect covered under your manufacturing warranty due to there being no damages" .

Only 1 person sat on this sofa & no cats in the house..I didn't purchase the warranty (without this there is a usage rental fee)..unreal after spending $1000.00 on this sofa.. they will allow $264.00 toward a new item + a delivery fee & taxes.I live on SS so money is tight.After days of going back & forth I'm done with them.I'll use my credit for something cheap..I've never ever seen such terrible service ..their idiots & cheap to boot

I waited a month for "white glove" delivery and bunk bed was installed shockingly bad for childen. Then had to wait longer for a repair (not replacement). The bed is still left with open screw holes and are apparently okay because the manufacturer makes it that way? So selling a hazardous bed is okay because they are made hazardous?
