Smell when first delivered (3-4 weeks rubber smell) March 2012.

Started to peel about 3-4 months afterwards without anyone sitting on it or using it as a foot rest. Pieces of whatever material it is constantly litters the carpet.

Uncertain what to do but someone just told us to write directly to Bob's to get this resolved.

Got a call back from Bob's customer service and they didn't want to know anything about it. When asked what they, the CSR, would do if it happened to them, they had no answer.

Classis example of you get what you pay for. Value at Bob's? To quote him, "I DOUBT IT!".

So far Bob has not accepted responsibility. He mindless drones (employees), in fair of exercising their minds less they explode, read from scripts denying all accountability. Lessons learn, but through the over 400 customers my wife has I am spreading the word not to buy anything at Bob's.


Let them replace or fix it or give you credit for something else.

My sister had a problem and she had bought the $100 warranty

and they came out and fixed it.

I was told that I could purchase the warranty after my purchase and

I called the very next day and they told me I couldn't do.
