I was told that the service technician would be coming between 7am and 9am today, 2/20/16. I asked that they schedule me for after 10am, as I had to get to my son's home where the furniture is located.
My request was denied. It is now 8:37am and I am being told that the truck broke down and they do not know what time he will be arriving.
Everything that they tell you is a lie. Please go someplace else to buy furniture, as BOB'S sells defective merchandise and give you the run-a-round when you need to have it fixed or replaced.
Reason of review: I am being lied to at every point.
Monetary Loss: $2400.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
