furniture arrived as scheduled. delivery people brought in sofa last and realized no feet, checked truck, still no feet, said technician would contact us within 2 hours, no contact yet, as of now 25 minutes on hold with care center, web site said to allow 48 (48!) hours for them to respond to e-mails.
Need the feet. finally got someone on phone, feet will come Fed-Ex and then we have to schedule the tech which could take 5-7 more days; why can't tech just bring the feet, quicker for us, saves shipping fees, makes too much sense it seems; should not be such an ordeal; I should have told delivery people to take sofa back which would have meant more work for bob's discount furniture
