We just had the worst experience with Bob' s Furniture. They messed up a delivery and their customer service is horrible. We asked for the delivery fee to be refunded and they only agreed to refund half. Then, when they re-delivered, they were late and had me wait around for them. They did little to correct the mistake and were rude in the process.

Please write to the New England Patriots and let them know how bad Bob's Discount Furniture is:

Too bad consumers mistake the word "value".In the furniture world it really means "style and low price".

Where did you see the word "quality" - FORGET IT! Simple business,.... you really do get what you pay for, both in terms of product and service.

Remember what Bob says at the end of his awesome commercials,.."BUSTED!".At least he being honest.

Unfortunately, your problems have only just begun. Make sure to save all documentation and if someone tells you something, get it in writing and save that too!
