I asked for delivery anytime after 5 during the week or a weekend. They scheduled it for 7:30 in the morning midweek, when we work.
We explained this and they offered to cancel the order, but said we had to skip work to resolve it and there was nothing they could do. The customer service reps talked over me and were rude and dismissive. I'm not sure saving $100 is worth it. Apparently I bought a future couch since they want me to wait a month to schedule delivery for a weekend.
So I'm out the money I paid, can't get it delivered, and I'm so stressed out after talking to them.
I have several items I need to purchase coming up this summer for furniture, but needed a couch in particular since my current one has seen better days. I will never buy from this company again after this experience.
