I just had a terrible shopping experience with Bob's furniture delivery. First time, they sent wrong parts.
Second delivery only delivered. The delivery guy refused to assemble the bed because he said he didn't receive assembly instruction in his notes. I called service and after holding line for 40 minutes, the service lady said technician will come before night. NO one showed up.
I called again and the service guy was very unpleasant. I was told it has to be next week. Now, the boxes still in my bedroom.
It was funny there was no call back for service quality survey for second delivery. They knew it was really bad.
