The leather on the sofa that I purchased from Bob's Furniture is pealing. Per advice from a representative in the Warwick RI location, I called customer service and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come and take a look.
When he arrived, he changed the foam on one of the seats, and said that there is nothing he can do about the peeling. Then he called his office and had me take over the phone. Upon doing so he just left. The rep on the phone said there is nothing that they can do, being that the sofa was bought four years ago.
The Goof Proof warranty that I purchased covered nothing.
I guess I'm the Goof for doing business with Bob's. That will be the last time
