Bobs Discount Furniture - The recliner I bought from Bobs open and could not close, in order not to have my family member falling over the recliner I push it inand when I call I was told that it is not accidental damage.
The recliner I bought from Bobs reclind and could not close, in order not to have my family member falling over the leg of the recliner I push it in. I called the Goof Proof warrant campany and I was told that it is not consider to be an accidental damage because I did i forced the reclinder closed.
What do they really want the customer to do?
Would it have been better to lie instead and then have them cover the chair ? Why do customers buy warrantee if they can't get the items cover.
This is so unfair to us the customers.
