I purchased a lift chair on 7/9/2018. Delivery date 7/14/2018 an ottoman was delivered that was not my purchase.
Talked with a young lady at the Brown Deer location in WI on 7/14/2018 and was rescheduled for 7/19/2018 AM, was told she would call me back to confirm the same day, never heard from her. Received a call today 7/16/2018 that I have a scheduled delivery for Friday 7/20/2018. I do have a job that I took off from for the Saturday delivery and I am being inconvenienced by this whole ordeal. Talked with a young lady today and am waiting on a manager to return a call to me and it's been a 30 min wait and still waiting.
