Delivered the wrong furniture three (3) times in a row and then demanded that I come to the store to reorder the item. Asked for refund and cancel order.
Refused. Still working to get my money back. To anyone out there NEVER buy or work with this company. They were rude and very difficult to deal with.
Now they tell me that my complaint is written is too few words so I have to write more. The delivery men did not have a phone so each time they came with the wrong furniture they had to use my phone to call their office. The last delivery which was again incorrect they refused to take back what they had delivered so now it sits in my basement waiting for them to come and get it. When we asked to speak to the supervisor they refused to allow this to happen.
We have never been treated in such a way. How this company stays in business is beyond me.
