i have been waiting for two refunds. from bobs discount furniture for almost 4months.i have been at the yonkers store 5times trying to get a 652 and a 68 dollar refunds.at first i would hear from customer service 3 different times a refund check and being told 10 to 14 days for a refund check and no refund now it was credited to my credit card again i was told now three buisness days and still no refund.i will wait till wednesday 11/17/2010 and hopefully i will get my refund.then thier customer service suck.the third time at the younkers store i had to wait for almost one and a half hours on line to speak to somebody at the service desk then i male manager help me and he didn't know what he was doing gues what i didn't get my refund.also when u call bobs 1-800 number u wait on the phone a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes to speak to somebody. bobs has nice furniture and very friendly sales people but when it comes to customer service it really sucks.alfred vega
