Purchased Queen bed on 2/7/12 with the protection plan. Recently, I called for repair and was told it is not under the warranty. Will never make another purchase or recommend friends or family to purchase. There was no separate document stating what the plan covers. Such a RIP-OFF! I will have to find someone to fix my problem which will cost me extra money. Why pay for protection to receive none. These issues should not occur especially when you spend more money for no service at all. Everyone should read reviews before purchasing big items from this store or any other.
