On Feb 20,2013 Rep from Bob's Examined My kitchen Chairs Which he Took Pictures,told us he could do nothing and he called there service dept. Spoke to service agent which then transferred me to the people who handle claims for goof proof.The bottom line they blame the Manufacturer for the defect.

But since it is older than one yr it is out of warranty.

I have black Marking on my beige chair that don't come out they faded and the seat now dip. DON'T BUY GOOF PROOF IT IS A SCAM.I will be notifying The BETTER BUSINESS and file a complaint and against them and the company they are using for goof proof.
