A few days ago I was vacuuming my sectional which is less than a year old. While doing so the vacuum cleaner caught onto a small pull in the couch causing it to suck out the pull and thread.
It created about a two inch pull and small hole. After being a happy customer for YEARS and always recommending Bobs, I called to file a claim as I have always purchased their goof proof plans. Being that this was a “one time accidental damage” AND that customer service immediately told me to file a claim saying that it should definitely be covered within my purchase plan I didn’t forsee any issues. However after FINALLY getting to talk to a representative after weeks of calling and being put on hold they rudely and inadequately told me it would not be covered.
What is the point in purchasing a protection plan then?!?! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
